Eif2s2 reprogramming
The RBP eucaryotic translation initiation factor 2 subunit β (EIF2S2) is expressed at high levels in cancer and is associated with cancer cell proliferation and tumor growth in vivo. EIF2S2 stabilizes the c-Myc oncogene by binding to the long noncoding RNA LINC01600. Web10227-1-AP targets EIF2S2 in WB, IP, IHC, IF, ELISA applications and shows reactivity with human, mouse, rat samples. PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol pH 7.3. Store at -20°C. Stable for one year after shipment.
