This seems to happen when you move the cursor over the edge of the game window that is next to your second monitor. Locked and moved to documented reports. Web8 Aug 2011 · In fullscreen games that "trap" the mouse to a single monitor, I simply bring up the Steam overlay with Shift + Tab and then I am able to move the cursor to another monitor.
